What does it cost to live at Dow Rummel Village?
We offer a variety of payment plans to best fit your needs. Our membership fee option is a one-time payment which can be refundable – this lowers your monthly service fee payment. Our rental option does not require an additional membership fee payment to the monthly rental fee.
What is included in the monthly service fee?
Our price includes our wellness program and facilities, bi-weekly housekeeping, continental breakfast, all home maintenance as well as costs for most utilities, and access to our staff 24-hours a day.
What happens if I need additional care or assistance?
Dow Rummel Village offers all levels of care - independent living, assisted living, memory care, and health care center. We also offer personal care services to provide transitional assistance in between care levels.
What is included in the wellness center?
The wellness center features a 60-foot lap pool, warm therapy pool, full time staff, cardiovascular strength training room, aerobic classroom, 40-50 classes each week.
Does Dow Rummel provide transportation?
Yes, we provide transportation services Monday through Friday.
