Independent Living
Our independent living options are spacious and offer lots of room for storage, but are still priced to meet most incomes. These modern homes create tasteful living, giving you a home to be proud of. One and two bedroom, one bedroom with a den, two bedroom with a den, studio apartments and even twin homes are available.
Independent living membership includes the wellness program and facilities, bi-weekly housekeeping, continental breakfast, all home maintenance and costs for most utilities, and access to our staff 24-hours a day. Your membership fee also gives you a priority for assisted living, memory care, and health care center needs as well as a discounted rate in our health care center.
Home Health is an option available to all Dow Rummel residents. Some of the services offered include: medication set ups and reminders, doctor appointment escorts, shopping escorts, holiday decorating, companion care and personal care needs support.
