The independent apartments and cottages are located throughout our beautiful campus.  We have cottages and apartments that can be rented by the month or by an admission fee and monthly service fee.  We have many floor plans to choose from ranging from 645 to 2,080 square feet.  

Our bright, airy Village West apartments over look beautiful Covell Lake and Terrace park to the south and the Canaries baseball stadium to the west.  The new Veteran's Park is located to the east of our warm, inviting Village North apartments with the Sioux Falls Arena and Convention Center to the west.
