You can live worry-free while we take care of all the details -- from housekeeping and maintenance to taking care of most of your monthly bill paying.  You write one check and we take care of water and sewer, electricity, heat and air-conditioning, basic cable, maintenance, local telphone and even your meals.  It couldn't get any easier, or more simplified than that!
