A comprehensive Wellness Center second to none in the region. Featuring our heated aquatic and therapy pools and a spacious cardio-strength center with daily senior exercise classes led by qualified and experienced instructors.
Personal wellness assessment by a professional to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
Our Wellness Program is designed to meet all the dimensions of Wellness: Intellectual, Vocational, Social, Emotional, Spiritual, Physical and Environmental.

The region's only certified Neurofit exercise class and support program for men and women with Parkinson's disease and Multiple Sclerosis. We also provide support to the spouse's and other loved ones with Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's/Dementia.
