The Board of Trustees wishes to thank the many residents, leaders, and colleagues who participated in the interview selection process for their investment in choosing the right person to serve as their next CEO. We would not be where we are as a successful, leading independent senior living organization in the state of South Dakota without the leadership of Darla VanRosendale, CEO. Darla has led the team to their current CMS 5 Star Rating and other achievements, including an American Health Care Association (AHCA) Bronze Quality Award and several national AHCA Quality Initiative awards. Over her tenure at Dow Rummel, the campus has grown by over 200%, adding four new services for the residents and certifying the nursing home as a Medicare and Medicaid facility.
