We are excited to be a part of the Sioux Falls community and have appreciated the coverage we have received from the area news. Below are the articles that have been written about our expansion project
Being first feels familiar to Dow Rummel Village. Since it opened as Sioux Falls’ initial retirement community in 1963, Dow Rummel was first to offer on-campus twin-home cottages and independent-living apartments in the city.
It also was first to install a swimming pool and wellness center, and to establish a Main Street, where residents can buy necessities and have their hair styled.
A Sioux Falls retirement community is trying to get ahead of an Alzheimer's epidemic among the baby boom generation with a $40 million expansion that will beef up its memory care and assisted living services.
