We are seeking a dedicated and caring South Dakota Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who is passionate about making a real difference in the lives of our residents in Memory Care.
In this role, you will provide exceptional nursing care to our residents. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure their well-being and safety. Administering medications and treatments with precision and care, following prescribed orders and maintaining accurate records will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, addressing the unique needs of each resident. Your expertise and input will be highly valued as we strive to provide person-centered care. The hours of this position are 6am to 6:30pm 3 days per week with an every 3rd weekend rotation.
