THE HOURS: 3 days a week, 6pm to 6:30am M-F and every 3rd weekend.
THE POSITION:
The Memory Care and Enhanced Assisted Living Overnight Charge Nurse is expected to perform a variety of duties to provide quality nursing care to residents and to coordinate total nursing care for residents. As well as implementing specific procedures and programs; participating with the DON in establishing specific goals; for determining work procedures and expediting work flow; for ensuring compliance with all operating policies and procedures of Dow Rummel, the South Dakota Department of Health regulations and Federal Health Care Administration regulations; for communicating with and supervising appropriate personnel; for providing daily reports and other periodic reports; and for performing all the duties of a certified nursing assistant when required.
This position requires the candidate to have a current, unincumbered South Dakota Licensed Practical Nurse, License.
