SIOUX FALLS, SD, February 2, 2023 – Dow Rummel Village has been named a five-star quality rating skilled nursing home by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). This five-star rating is the highest designation a nursing home can receive from CMS and only the best 10 percent in each state receive it.
